When clicking the "Export" button on an already-generated production set, and attempting to "Browse" to a folder path, you are not able to see any input box to fill in a server name. Example of the problem is below.
The normal browse dialog looks like below.
Click the "Tools" button (icon of a white gear in upper-right) for the Internet Explorer browser and change the "zoom" setting to 100%.
This problem occurs if the browser zoom setting is greater than 100%. You may change the zoom setting back to your desired setting, after you are finished browsing to the desired folder.
