Question

How can one force a browser cache refresh in Chrome?

Answer

In Chrome, a hard cache dump and reload is accomplished by the following steps:

1) While the Chrome browser window is selected, press F12 key on keyboard to bring up the debugger dialog of Chrome.

2) Then right-click on the web page refresh button.

3) Select "empty cache and hard reload".

Overview

Quin-C will cache some data in the browser, and at times, the browser may not update its cache properly, such that the cached content becomes out-dated. In such situations, forcing the browser to update the cache may help.
