I am unable to log into Ediscovery or Summation after updating the license, and receive a "You are not authorized to view this page" error. My licenses are not expired. What should I do?
If you receive the following error when attempting to log into Ediscovery or Summation after updating your license, it is necessary to restart the services (make sure that no jobs are running and that everyone is logged out of the system when you do this) on your app server as well as IIS. This is necessary because the old license is still cached.
