Summation: File Size Facet definitions

The following information defines the file size boundaries that exist for files that are "Tiny", "Small", "Medium", "Large", "Huge" and "Gigantic":

Tiny:  Over 0KB and up to and including 10KB
Small:  Over 100KB and up to and including 1MB
Large:  Over 1MB and up to and including 16MB
Huge:   Over 16 MB and up to and including 128MB
Gigantic: Over 128MB

Empty would be 0 KB.
