MPE+ still notifies me to download the Physical Acquisition Support files even though I've already downloaded them

This usually means the necessary files have somehow been altered or did not download correctly.  This warning may also appear if the other driver used by MPE+ are corrupt.  If this happens, please try the following:

  1. Close MPE+
  2. Delete the contents of “%AppData%\AccessData”
  3. Start MPE+
  4. Download the Physical Acquisition Support files again

If the warning still presents itself:

  1. Uninstall all of the following, if present, via the Windows Control Panel:
    AccessData MPE+
    AccessData Mobile Phone Examiner Drivers
    MPE Smartphone Driver
    Apple Application Support
    Apple Mobile Device Support
  2. Delete all the following folders, if present:
    “%UserProfile%\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer”
    “%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Apple Computer”
    “%ProgramData%\Apple Computer”
    "%ProgramFiles%\AccessData\Mobile Phone Drivers"
    "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\AccessData\Mobile Phone Drivers"
  3. Reboot
  4. Verify the MD5 of your MPE+ ISO
  5. Mount the MPE+ ISO and install MPE+
  6. Start MPE+
  7. Download the Physical Acquisition Support files again
