What do I do if I am unable to download the Physical Acquisition Support files via MPE+?

The Offline Physical Acquisition Support Files installer can be used to install the iOS Physical Acquisition Support files on PCs that are offline or otherwise can't download the files via MPE+ itself.  It will automatically extract all the needed files to "%appdata%\AccessData\DeviceFiles".  These files only work with MPE+ 5.5.2 and newer.

Make sure MPE+ is installed and has been run once.

  1. Verify MPE+ is closed
  2. Download "iOS_PhysicalFiles_552.exe" from the "Physical Acquisition Support Files" folder here
    Username: support01
    Password: 6YFNqABJmiZE
  3. Run "iOS_PhysicalFiles_552.exe" as Administrator
  4. When complete, open MPE+ and verify the Physical Support Files indicate they have been "Downloaded"

Completed the above listed steps, the install of the executable file was successful; however, it did not download the list. I am still missing iPhone 4c and iPhone 47, still receiving the same error when choosing to download all under the Physical Acquisition Support tab.
