Log Locations - 5.2.2

All Service Errors can be found under Management -> System Log

Async logs – DII, DAT or CSV import error logs

  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\AccessData\InsightLogs\Summation\Import

Transcripts

  • Configure \Program Files\AccessData\eDiscovery\Work Manager
  • Create folder on the C drive named “TranOutput”

Service directories on application servers

  • C:\Users\Public\Documents\AccessData\InsightLogs

Evidence Processing Logs

  • C:\ProgramData\AccessData\PM\10\logs
