Add / Remove Evidence is Greyed Out
If you are unable to add or remove evidence from within your case because the option is grayed out, you should check the following:
- You are logged in as a user who is at least a case administrator for that case (Case Reviewers cannot manage evidence).
- The case is not open on another system running FTK.
- If you are still unable to manage evidence, check "Session Management" found within the case management screen of FTK to see if there are any other open sessions to the case.
