Browser Prompting For IWA Credentials

Problem:

The browser is prompting for IWA credentials when you attempt to open the user interface.

Solution:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select Local Intranet and click the Sites button.
  4. Enter the URL for the website in the Add the website to the zone field and click the Add button.

Overview:

The application is failing to properly identify the website as being part of the Local Intranet, which results in an authentication failure.
