What regular maintenance steps can I perform to optimize the performance of Summation Pro work orders?
Step 1A: eDiscovery only (Good to do at the same time as step 1 while services are stopped): Site Server Maintenance
Step 3: Rebuild SQL Indexes
Performing these three steps, in this order, will alleviate a majority issues experienced in regard to work order related performance issues. These can be things such as productions not completing, processing taking much longer than usual or not completing, issues with opening or using items such as Labels and Document groups.
These steps can be performed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as a proactive measure or used only in times of need as an initial troubleshooting task.
